Once you are approved for the card, you can use it immediately with the virtual card and using the PayPal app. You will receive the physical card within 7-10 business days. You can add up to 6 authorized users for the Card. However, you will only earn 2% cashback on the purchases made my authorized users since their card is not linked to your PayPal account.
If you already have existing PayPal Cashback MasterCard, your card will be automatically upgraded. For everyone else, there is currently a waitlist where you can sign up and get notified when the upgraded card is launched.
